3 User Account & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bonu138 account username and password. bonu138 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

- Report immediately to the bonu138 support team if you suspect any unauthorized activity in your account.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is approved. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, or other recognised official identity documents.
4 Deposit
Bonu138 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

5 Fund Withdrawal

- Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.

11 Limitation of Liability

This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
